4/1/2021 Goodwater RA, AZ - This panel is visible from the I-40 highway, I found it during driving. There are many boulders in this area, but only one boulder has petroglyphs on it. I’ve hiked to next boulder cluster, but there were no RAs.

4/2/2021 Petroglyphs Mesa, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - About half mile range of south side of the mesa cliff at the national park boundary, there are tons of petroglyphs that mostly on the dark or black surface of the boulder. One thing I like most is many petroglyphs on the boulder, just like many newspaper rocks here. Chris was my tour guide today, thank you Chris, I really enjoyed this place.

4/4/2021 Holbrook, AZ - This town was a booming town one time when route 66 was alive, currently its a quiet town. This town is the hub of the RA sites, I found 37 RA sites in couple months in/around this town that’s a lot. There are many more RA sites, but mostly only a few people knows, which means not easy to find it.

4/5/2021 Joseph City RA, AZ - East side of Joseph City and near the Relay Station that these petroglyphs are located. I’ve hiked all around this area, but there are no RAs, even there are many nice rocks/boulders, found only those RAs.

4/5/2021 Geromino Rock Art Site, AZ - It is in the private property. One area has many boulders that the petroglyphs are located. Some petroglyphs are very bold and clear figures, some of are very thin carved and not easy to see it.

4/6/2021 Snake Panel, Joseph City, AZ - There are a few RA panels around here but this Snake Panel is the best one, very busy, a lot of figures on this panel like a news paper rock. The snake is very long, if go back of the boulder, there is continuation of the snake there. I wanted to see this panel for while, it was so satisfied.

4/11/2021 Sun-Man Panel, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - This place is located near the Staving Man Panel. Man’s face inside the sun, so that its called Sun-Man Panel. Around it, there are many petroglyphs, but not easy to get closer to it by obstacle of the boulders on the steep hell. Thank you Bob for the information.

4/12/2021 Flattops East, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - RA panels are located at the end of the very narrow creek, almost ready to turn back, then found the panel about 20ft up. There are many rocks/boulders piles around here, but untouched except those panels. Also I found couple old petroglyphs panels.

4/13/2021 Cottonwood Wash, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - One area that full of orange brown color boulders, another area is full of darker color petrified woods on the white ground where too much petrified wood covered and can’t see the ground, and one area has no rocks nor petrified woods. Very diversity in this area, a sad thing was no RA.

4/15/2021 Bobble Heads Panel, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - This hike was the grand finale of the Lacey Point for the RAs. 6.2 miles of hike covered most of the petroglyphs that exist in this area. There are many petroglyphs panels, too much to count. Gary and Connie, thank you for sharing your knowledge, and thank you Chris to invited me. I really enjoyed finding petroglyphs here and there.

4/17/2021 Porter Canyon, Holbrook, AZ - I found three separate RA panels in the canyon. Not many quantities but those are very good quality petroglyphs to enjoy. The location is so close to the Holbrook town.

4/18/2021 Lithdondren Wash, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - It is located just out side of the National Park boundary, close enough to call it in the National Park. I’ve hiked about 5.5 miles today around the Lithdondren Wash. I saw many rock/boulder piles that the good candidate for RA panels but not. At the very end of the hike, I finally found some RA panels.

4/19/2021 Puerco River Wash RA, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - There are many RA panels in short distance from the Puerco Pueblo parking lot, some of are higher side of the cliff and some of are on the bottom of the cliff, ground level.

4/20/2021 Agate Bridge RA, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - This area some one referred to the Lone Juniper Petroglyph site. Petroglyphs are on the small to medium size rocks on the ground. Some areas are many petrified woods, which mixed up with rocks that petroglyphs are on. Gary, Connie and Chris, thank you for the hike, I never ever thought RAs are in these area.

4/22/2021 Goodwater RA, AZ - This time covered north side of the Goodwater, which is the continuation of the last time. There are many nice rock/boulder fields but no RAs. Hiked all day to found three petroglyphs that was not so productive, even better than nothing.

4/23/2021 Golden Disk Site, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - This is a bold and impressive panel. There are many small panels around here. Finding RA in this area was fun thing to do. Also there are many appropriate boulders for the RA, I’m sure I missed well hiding RAs.

4/24/2021 Mountain Lion Mesa, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - Initial plan was 5 to 6 miles range of hiking, and end up over 10 miles, this area is a large in size. Some buttes are beautiful white top, just like snow top. I found three areas of RA panels.

4/26/2021 Blue Mesa RA, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - I thought this place is a good for windy day because cliffs are all over that prevent strong wind, but wind was came from many directions, didn’t help me much. A good news was I found one area that has petroglyphs on the few rocks.

4/29/2021 Billings Gap RA, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - There are four small rock pile mounts that the RAs are located, nice view of the Blue Mesa area from this place. Billings Tank has some water but mainly dry. Petroglyphs are spreading out to the mounts.

4/30/2021 Haystacks RA, Petrified Forest National Park, AZ - Found some petroglyphs bottom of the two Haystack Buttes, but main finding was east side of the mesa, which is combination of the two separate mesas and RAs are located at the middle of the two mesas. There are more petroglyphs than I expected, nice view from the top of the mesas.
