6/5/2020 McKee Spring RA, Dinosaur NM, UT - It is located at the road side of the Island Park Road has a few RA panels. All petroglyphs are very bold and clear deep carved and each panel has many nice figures.

6/6/2020 Swelter Shelter RA, Dinosaur NM, UT - It is located not too far from the entrance of the National Monument. There are many figures in this panel, sad thing is fading all.

6/6/2020 Chew Ranch RA, Dinosaure NM, UT - Technically it is out side of the Chew Ranch, but it is close enough to call it Chew Ranch RA in Dinosaure National Monument. All petroglyphs are fading out because no protection of the large cliff walls .

6/6/2020 Cub Creek Road RA, Dinosaure NM, UT - The Dinosaur National Monument has open partially, and this road was closed. Hiked 2 miles RT from the Blue Mountain Rd. I’ve been here before, panel doesn’t change much, pretty much the same as before.

6/6/2020 Dinosaur National Monument, UT, This national monument is spreading into two states, Utah and Colorado. A ranger told me that two states have different jurisdictions on the Coronavirus, and not easy to deal with different. Anyway open the park partially now.

6/7/2020 McConkie Ranch RA, UT - This place is privately owned and open for the public. People are free to walk on the trails and enjoy the rock art, there are some pictographs but most of are petroglyphs. There are many nice rock art panels in this place. This is my 2nd visit.

6/7/2020 Dry Fork Canyon Road RA, UT - I suspected there are many RA along the Dry Fork Canyon, but most of are privately owned and no way access. I found this place accidentally, lucky me, the RA is located just back of the tall cliff walls. There are many RA and graffiti.

6/9/2020 Willow Creek RA, UT - Rock Arts are here and there, old and not so old. There are many horses petroglyphs, which are not so old. Also Indian figures are not so old. There are many modern rock arts in this area, I skipped some of because I am more interesting old rock art.

6/10/2020 Irish Canyon RA, CO - It is located by the road side. I found couple boulders that have some petroglyphs on. One boulder that viewing deck is provided to see the petroglyphs on the top of the boulder.

6/11/2020 Powder Mountain RA, WY - This place is located WY and CO border, just north of CO. There are many hills around here, RA is located under the overhanging rocks. Both petroglyphs and pictographs, pictographs are used by charcoal. Lynn was so kind to showed me around, without his help, I never find it, thank you Lynn.

6/12/2020 Vermillion Creek, CO - It is best petroglyphs in Colorado, when I heard it, I have to see it. I don’t know the road condition, so that I’ve hiked 6 miles one way. When I got at end of the road, mouth of the canyon, there is no petroglyphs. I didn’t know was I have to hike up some more to get there, oh well, some other time.

6/13/2020 Point of Rocks Stage Station, WY - Before railroad connected to the east to west, the stagecoach lines transported both passengers and mails, and this place is one of the stop. Remnant of this stage station that used the local rocks and still standing nicely.

6/14/2020 La Clede Stage Station, WY - Currently this stagecoach station is only couple small walls remnant on the hill side. There is wire fence around it, that the why I found it, otherwise easy to miss it.

6/14/2020 Fort La Clede, WY - There are a few remnant of the building walls, but I can’t tell what original figure looks like. This fort was small in size. Wire fence around it and its located open flat area.

6/16/2020 Bar X Ranch, WY - Abandoned ranch, there is no neighborhood in sight, wide open area. I suspect that the water run out that forced owner to move out. This place is a heaven for ranchers.

6/16/2020 Atlantic City, WY - Started as a gold mining town at 1868, boom rapidly led to bust, one of the oldest town in Wyoming. There are many new houses now, I thing residential community is born.

6/16/2020 Miners Delight, WY - It is also called 'Hamilton City'. It’s a gold mining ghost town. Still several wooden houses are standing, but deteriorating and not a good condition. At the great depression time, some of came here to mine, otherwise no job available anywhere.

6/16/2020 Red Canyon, WY - One side of the canyon is very dark red color and other side of the canyon is a rouding green mountains with no tree or bushes. At the middle of the canyon is a very green farmer land. The road go through the Red Canyon WHMA, very narrow and one lane, and there is no place to park to enjoy the view.

6/16/2020 Red Canyon RA, WY - 'WYSS Wildness Medicine Campus' is close now by CODIV-19 pandemic. RA location TH start in this campus. One large cliff wall has many petroglyphs and graffiti. I don’t know which is which, so that I took photos of that I like. It is a beautiful area.

6/18/2020 Keyhole State Park, WY - It is a nice large size man-made lake state park, which has a marina. There are more than one campgrounds and re-opened recently by Coronavirus and need reservation. Day use fee $9, Camp $16 and electricity $10.

6/18/2020 Tea Pot Rock, WY - The Tea Pot Rock is currently missing handle and spout, I can&rst tell what looks like originally even used my imagination. Anyway this Tea Pot area were the center of the political scandal year of 1924, called 'Tea Pot Dome Scandal'.

6/19/2020 Crazy Woman Canyon Rd, WY - The road was narrow, winding, rocky surface some times, if go from east, all up hills, if go from west, all down hills. The canyon is running by the road, and I saw many campers along the canyon. Once is enough driving on this road for me.

6/19/2020 Washakie Museum, Worland, WY - Large mammoth stature is standing at front of the museum. The museum just re-opened by COVID-19. Some mammoth bones are displayed in this museum that from near by Colby Mammoth Kill site.

6/19/2020 Colby Mammoth Kill, Worland, WY - Highway #16 road side is the location of the Colby Mammoth Kill. Found the mammoth bone about 11,000 years old from this site and displayed it at the Washakie County Museum. Currently not much to see at this site.

6/20/2020 Nowater RA, Worland, WY - There are no rocks and most of are sand dunes around here. Suddenly a group of rocks one side of the hill showed up, if come from west, will miss this site. There are many petroglyphs that old and new and graffiti. I don’t know which is which, so that I took photos of I like.

6/20/2020 Nowater Hoodoos, Worland, WY - Blue Bank Road roadside attraction, visible from the road. There is no trail, walk own way. Some hoodoos are red rock top, some of are not. Very nice to see it because around here is not many attractions.

6/20/2020 Tensleep Preserve, WY - This place opens May to Oct, Thursday to Sunday. However COVID-19, opens partially, not fully. There are many RA in this place, I assume, every canyons in this place have RA. Can’t wait to re-visit to see all RA, hopefully they will re-open fully soon.

6/21/2020 V Bar 7 Ranch RA, WY - Lucky me, I found this place during driving, and owner let me into his ranch property to see close look. I really enjoyed all petroglyphs that explanation by owner, thank you the owner.

6/21/2020 Devils Kitchen, east of Graybull, WY - It is beautiful and colorful badland. View is look down from the top mesa, and all Devils Kitchen is located below. There is a trail to go down into bottom of the Devils Kitchen.

6/22/2020 Shell Falls, Bighorn NR, WY - It is a beautiful area. They built very nice 0.8 miles trail loop. There are many small waterfalls, but one large waterfalls is the master waterfalls. Most waterfalls are way below, a means, trail is very high up.

6/23/2020 Castle Garden, near Ten Sleep, WY - I was confusing because I have been to the Castle Garden before to see petroglyphs. This place is north side of another Castle Garden, which I’ve been. And very similar White rock formation park, but no petroglyphs in this park. I wonder, why they use the same name?

6/25/2020 South Butte, Bighorn Basin, WY - RA finder changed to peak bagger today. Someone told me some RA here, but there is no rocks around here, many hills all over. The peak was not visible until close to one mile range. It was a good 13 miles hike.

6/26/2020 Middle Butte, Bighorn Basin, WY - The Middle Butte peak was visible from distance. Someone told me, there are RA, but I can’t find any. There are rock in the canyon but not many. Another disappointment.

6/27/2020 Lucerne Site, WY - I found the dry reservoir and eroded homestead houses that was description someone gave me to find the RA. However it was very wide dry creek and all creek walls are made by mud, not rocks, I couldn’t find RA, sad...

6/28/2020 Gooseberry Badlands, WY - It is colorful and beautiful badland There is a trail to go through the badland, but rain started that stopped me to hike around, just view from the overlook area.

6/30/2020 Split Rock Burial, Meeteetse, WY - This Split Rock is privately owned for more than 120 years. When Indian came here for camping and after chief die, burly him between clacked rocks. The owner said two Indian chiefs burial here. Thank you the owner to let me into your private property to look it closer.

6/30/2020 Cottonwood Creek RA, near Legend Rock, WY - I found five RA panels along the Cottonwood Creek, but some of are in the private property and took photos from other side of the creek. Most of RA are fadeing out, not good quality of photos.
